To maximize plant growth, the pH of your aquaponic fish tank water should be 6.8 - 7.0. pH can reach unacceptably high levels when high pH water is added, pH unstable media, such as rock wool and granite gravel products, are used, or an anaerobic zone develops in your grow bed.

Directions: Use to lower pH in an aquaponics system when it is 7.6 or higher to bring it down to 7.0. Rapid changes in pH can be harmful to fish so use sparingly and adjust over several hours or days. Add to system a little at a time, wait for it to distribute throughout the system, then retest pH. Repeat, until the desired pH is reached. The quantity necessary to adjust pH will vary depending on the nature of the grow media and the purity of the water in the system. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Caution: Phosphoric Acid causes burns. Handle with care. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact wash from skin or eyes with plenty of water for several minutes. Keep locked up and out of reach of children. If swallowed, call your physician or Poison Control Center. Proper use, storage and disposal is the responsibility of the user.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping - Some orders will qualify for free shipping. We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping in the USA.

Shipping Carriers - Go Green Aquaponics ships most items via UPS or USPS. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays UPS or USPS may have. However, if you let us know of a delivery that arrives outside our guaranteed window, we will gladly refund any shipping charges incurred.

Delivery Time:
  • Standard/Free Shipping: Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).
  • Priority Shipping: If you want your package a little bit quicker, we offer a Priority Shipping option that will get your package to you in 2-3 business days.
  • Next Day Shipping: Customers requiring guaranteed next business day delivery can select this option at checkout for an additional charge. These packages will typically be shipped UPS, but please note, Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available. Holidays may also impact delivery schedule depending on UPS holiday observance days.

  • Our shipping cutoff time is 9am Pacific Time. So, any order placed after 9am will ship out the following business day and therefore the day you place your order would not count towards the shipping times above. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final. Repackage your return and ship the package back to the Go Green Aquaponics Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx To:

Charges and Credits

Shipping charges - Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items back to GoGreenAquaponics.com.
Receiving your refund - Go Green Aquaponics does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue. Email us info@GoGreenAquaponics.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a return number will be issued and a shipping label will be sent for your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement product will be sent.
Replacements cannot be issued without a return number being assigned first. The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.
