AquaHeat Propane or Natural Gas Fired Heating System

The AquaHeat Gas-Fired Heating System is an efficient way to heat aquaponic or hydroponic systems using natural gas or off-grid propane, without taxing your electricity. It arrives fully assembled, mounted on a backer board, plumbed, and tested, ready to connect to your gas service.

Features

• Complete system: natural gas or propane tankless water heater, DC circulation pump, digital thermostat controller with sensor wire, and a 50' compact stainless steel immersion coil.
• Off-grid capable: the entire system can run off a car battery using the supplied 12V battery cable.
• Automatic electronic pulse ignition with no standing pilot and no electrical hookup required (powered by 2 D-cell batteries).
• Thermostat-controlled: when the tank or sump temperature drops below the low set point, the pump circulates water through the heater and heat exchanger; it shuts off at the high set point.
• Thermal efficiency of 85% or higher, with flame, water-flow, and winter/summer adjustments.
• Safety protection: gas leak and overheating control, flame failure, incomplete combustion, anti-dry combustion, over-water-pressure protection, and automatic cutoff.
