AquaIron DTPA Iron Chelate

Chelated iron made for aquaponics, and fish safe.

Iron is one of the few additives most aquaponics professionals agree should be added regularly to most systems to treat and prevent yellow leaf (chlorosis). DTPA is the best form of chelated iron because it is 100% effective from pH 6.0 to 7.5. Soluble powder.

How to Use

• Keep iron levels in your system at 2–3 ppm. Measure with an Iron Checker.
• No checker? If you are responding to yellowing leaves, add about 1–2 level teaspoons per 100 gallons of water every week or two.

Storage

Store in a plastic or stainless steel container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place above 40°F. Avoid prolonged storage at high temperatures. Avoid contact with aluminum, copper, copper alloys, nickel, and zinc. Do not store near food or feed.

Warning

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid inhaling spray mist. Wash thoroughly with water after handling.
