XFLO Systems UV Sterilizer

The XFLO Systems UV Sterilizer uses germicidal UV-C light to eliminate waterborne pathogens before they reach your fish and plants, without leaving any residual chemicals in the water. Install it in your system plumbing after solids filtration for maximum effectiveness.

Features

• "L"-shaped flow pattern for better hydraulic mixing of incoming filtered water, virtually eliminating "dead" zones inside the UV body for more efficient sterilization.
• Single-ended lamp and quartz sleeve access so lamps and sleeves can be changed or cleaned without disassembling the front end of the unit.
• No-twist lamp cable fittings remove without tools and keep the cable from twisting, which could damage the wires inside.
• American-made UV lamps made with hard quartz, coated, non-ozone-emitting construction that prevents scaling on the lamp and quartz sleeve.
• Unionized water ports.

Maintenance

Replace the UV bulb once a year as preventive maintenance. After one year, bulbs still emit at least 80% of their original UV-C strength. Replacement bulbs are available for all three models.
