• You may receive a few extra fish to account for rare transit loss

Delivery Requirements (Very Important)

• Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt
• If missed, fish must be picked up from the UPS terminal the same day
• Live arrival guarantee applies only on the first delivery day
