Dura-Skrim Liner – 6′ Width

Dura-Skrim® R20WW is an agricultural-grade, 20 mil reinforced polyethylene liner. It is lightweight, highly tear-resistant, and makes a long-lasting barrier for deep water culture (DWC) and media bed installations.

Features

• Three-layer construction: virgin outer layers of white high-strength polyethylene film laminated together with a black layer of molten polyethylene.
• Built for outdoor life: both outer layers contain UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers.
• White outer layers reduce heat build-up and condensation and provide excellent dimensional stability.
• Polyester scrim reinforcement: the heavy-duty diamond reinforcement surrounds and stops tears immediately, greatly increasing tear resistance and service life.
• Proven in aquaponics for years, in both DWC and media bed installations.

Accessories (sold separately)

• VaporBond Tape (TVB4) 4″ x 210′: white single-sided, heavy-duty tape with weather-resistant polyethylene backing and aggressive rubber adhesive. Excellent seaming with an "easy tear" feature to reduce installation time. WVTR of 0.18 perms per ASTM D 833. Typical applications include vapor retarders, covers, and liners.
• Butyl Seal Tape (TP2BR): black double-sided, reinforced butyl rubber tape for joining polyethylene and polypropylene panels by overlapping the edges. Adheres to concrete walls and footings; non-hardening and flexible.
• Snap Clamps for Dura-Skrim Liner: 4 ft long and 1 in wide, UV protected, furniture grade, and fit Sch 40, Sch 80, Class 200, and other pipe.

Tape is not 100% guaranteed to be watertight. For best results, apply it carefully to a flat surface.
